- Menus instead of full place settings: Place 1 menu with each plate. It looks expensive and saves on paper goods.
- Have LED candles on hand: Some venues don’t allow real flames. Having lit battery candles can fill in if you need them and add ambiance in low lighting.
- Scary venue= less decorations: If your venue is already vibe-ing, you don’t have to fill in every space. Let some shadows be shadows.
